Introduction: Istituto Marangoni, a prestigious Italian school renowned for its expertise in fashion and design, sought to enhance its brand presence and digital footprint. To achieve this, they partnered with id8 media solutions, aiming to build brand awareness, generate leads, increase followers, and boost audience engagement. Our goal was to craft a comprehensive social and performance marketing strategy that resonated with both potential students and fashion professionals.
About the Project: Our team of digital and content experts developed a targeted social media marketing strategy after an in-depth process of ideation, client consultation, and competitive analysis. This analysis included benchmarking competitors' activities and identifying new content opportunities that aligned with Istituto Marangoni's brand values. By refining existing content, curating Instagram feeds, and designing event collateral, we enhanced the school's visual identity. We also created interactive stories and covered key international fashion and design events to maintain a dynamic social media presence.
Execution and Strategy:
To further drive engagement, our team attended both live and virtual fashion events, curating reels and content pieces that highlighted these events. Additionally, we aligned the social media strategy with lead generation, display, and conversion ads, running a two-year campaign on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. This campaign effectively directed audiences to the Istituto Marangoni website, significantly increasing lead generation.
Our SEO strategy included on-page and off-page activations, comprehensive keyword research, and website audits, which successfully boosted the school’s rankings on search engine result pages (SERP) and increased organic traffic. Moreover, we leveraged platforms like Quora, posting queries related to fashion and design courses. Our responses were crafted to not only create awareness but also enhance the brand image of Istituto Marangoni and redirect traffic to their website.
Through our strategic and collaborative approach, Istituto Marangoni witnessed remarkable growth across all key metrics. Over the course of one year, there was a 181.99% increase in followers, 3,68,841 total video views, 2,12,47,061 total reach, and 2,66,77,076 total impressions. Our efforts also resulted in 5,071 leads generated through ads, underlining the success of our integrated social media marketing and SEO strategies. This collaboration not only strengthened Istituto Marangoni's digital presence but also positioned it as a leading institution in the competitive field of fashion and design education.
